WISEflow Login Methods

A summary of the login methods that can used for accessing WISEflow.

The Service Centre offers information about the various ways in which users can access WISEflow. There are four login methods to the WISEflow platform:

  1. WISEflow Login: WISEflow-login is the standard authentication system to WISEflow. It is possible to combine this with other login methods. Find out more about this here.
  2. Single Sign-On Authentication: There are numerous options for offering single sign-on authentication to access WISEflow. Find out more about this here.
  3. Access tokens: It is possible to grant access to a WISEflow user's profile using an access token. Access tokens enable a user to bypass the normal authentication method used to access your organisation's WISEflow licence. Find out more here.
  4. Direct Flow-Based Login: Automatically generate credentials for participants and provide them with a unique flow URL to access a flow directly. This login method is available to users who only have been allocated the participant role. Find out more here.
