Submit on Behalf of a Participant

Learn how to submit on behalf of a participant using the Support role

It is possible for a supporter to make a submission on behalf of the participant.

  1. If the deadline for submission has passed, you must first extend the submission deadline for the participant to be able to make the submission on their behalf. As a manager on the flow, extend the deadline for the participant. Image_1.png
  2. As a supporter, login as the participant and upload and submit the files to the flow. If the flow type is FLOWmulti or FLOWlock,  you will have to open up the assignment to be able to submit for the student. If you have a local copy of the student's work, you can also upload the local copy and submit this instead.
  3. Log in as a manager again and change the deadline back to the original date/time.
