Navigation Overview for the Reviewer
Get an overview of the reviewing landing page for a reviewer

The role of the reviewer is one of Quality Assurance. Someone who supervises and reviews the work of assessors to ensure a fair and robust assessment process has been applied. This is often called moderation. There are three options for access privileges for the reviewer: Basic Access, View Marking Information and Decide Final Grades which will be explained here.
The Reviewer Overview Screen

- Icon designates the type of flow e.g. FLOWassign
- Flow ID is a unique identifier, and is a searchable field
- Flow title and subtitle identify each flow, and is a searchable field
- Start and end dates for the marking period of each flow
- The archive holds all flows that have ended on which the reviewer has been assigned
- Toggle any of the columns shown to be on/off
- Provides access to the flow

- View the assignment added for the participants to complete.
- View any additional material added by the manager.
- Indicates the general participation period.
- Indicates the general marking period. The marking period end date turns blue if there is exception to this. Any deviation from the general marking period for an individual participant will be shown in the table below.
- View the managers on the flow.
- Indicates whether the marking method is marker agreement or reviewer approval.
- Filter the list of participants in the table by assessor.
- Access the functionality for marking submissions outside of WISEflow including downloading the submissions. You can find out more about offline marking here.
- Allows the reviewer to set rules to determine the final grade where submissions have been marked by more than one assessor e.g. setting a threshold of difference between two assessors scores and taking the average. You can find out more about grade finalisation here.
- Displays the number of participants currently listed in the table.
- Where the reviewer is set to decide the final grade, they can set all in bulk where they have entered a final grade, there is a suggested grade submitted by the assessor that can be set, or a grade has been calculated according to the grade finalisation rules, such as the average of two assessor's' grades. - Once grades have been set and are ready to be submitted, Submit all can be used to submit all the set grades in bulk.
- Toggle on/off the columns in the table to customise the display.
- Displays the participant index which is unique to each participant and allocated by WISEflow.
- Displays each participant's first name.
- Displays each participant's last name.
- Displays whether each participant has submitted their work.
- Displays the percentage of similarity provided by the institution's chosen provider as taken from the similarity report. Click on the figure to access the report.
- Displays the individual participation start date and time for any participant if this differs from the general participation start date and time.
- Displays the individual participation end date and time for any participant if this differs from the general participation end date and time.
- Displays the individual marking end date and time for any participant if this differs from the general marking end date and time.
- Displays the total number of feedback annotations that have been added to the submission.
- Displays the total number of feedback annotations that have been shared with the participant.
- Displays the total number of submission feedback comments that have been added to the submission.
- Displays the total number of submission feedback comments that have been shared with the participant.
- Open the marking tool, jumping straight to the submission for the individual selected.
- Displays the submitted grades from all assessors as well as the opportunity to access the grade audit trail via the clipboard icon.
- Displays the suggested grade, e.g. when there is only one marker.
- The grade column appears when the reviewer is required to approve the final grade. The reviewer can enter a new, revised grade in this column.
- Displays the final approved and locked grade.
